Your care-free wedding begins in Juneau as you are picked up in your wedding attire, shuttled to the heli-pad (stopping to pick up marriage license if needed) and whisked away for the fabulous flight to the dramatic Herbert or Mendenhall Glacier.

Vows on GlacierYou will be overwhelmed by the serenity, majesty and spectacular scenery of your surroundings as you fly over glacier icefalls, clear blue crevasses to land on a safe and smooth area for your wedding. As the helicopter sets down, you will prepare to say your vows. You and your loved one will have a beautiful wedding. As time allows, your pilot will take you for a short sightseeing tour over the ice field on the way back to the Juneau heliport.

Your Premium Glacier Package includes every item and service needed for a carefree and memorable wedding adventure, including:
  • Wedding Planning Assistance, including all coordination, arrangements, set up/down & customization by Certified Wedding Consultant. Up to 3 hours in advance for selection and ordering, confirmations, printing, itinerary, etc. plus 5 hours on day of wedding for prepration, set up/down, and the wedding/reception. Additional time available on a per hour basis.
  • Round-trip ground transportation, if needed: Escorted from Juneau lodging or cruise pier - if needed to pick up marriage license (license is extra) - to wedding venue or departure point & return to cruise pier or lodging. (Limo, hummer or van upgrade and private city highlights tour is available at additional fee).
  • Round-trip air transportation and narrated Glacier flightseeing over in a private helicopter with about 20 minutes total flight time. Plus about 30 minutes on the glacier for the wedding, toast and photos. (Additional time on the ice can be purchased.)
  • Glacier Guide and Gear: Includes safety briefing, glacier assistant & interpreter, hardshell boots, crampons, jacket, gloves and any other needed items.
  • Personalized Keepsake Copy of Wedding Ceremony & Programs: Customize vows or adapt from sample vows we will provide. Printed programs for the wedding party/guests.
  • Wedding Ceremony: Customize or select from sample ceremonies.
  • Witnesses if needed: 2 required by Alaska law
  • Priceless photos and memories to last a lifetime.
    • Digital snapshots by lay photographer for up to two hours, plus unedited CD, suitable for e-mailing and printing.
    • Digital Photography for up to 2 hours during ceremony & mini reception - digital with at least 100 posed and/or candid photos and up to one hour editing or special treatment on CD or web gallery - may vary according to availability of photographer. (Optional prints, optional packages, and editing extra, Inquire).
  • Flowers: Bridal bouquet and matching Groom boutonniere. (Customize or select from samples)
  • Toasting beverage & 2 signature champagne flutes:  Choice of Sparkling champagne or other beverage.
  • Optional Mini-Reception & Celebration:
    • Cake option. Available with cake, table, linens, tableware, etc. for minor additional charge. Fondant or specialty cakes additional- Customize or select from samples ) sized suitable for up to 6 persons.
    • Additional time on the ice must be purchased for this option.
  • First Dance if desired, or other special traditions for ceremony or reception
  • Follow-up on Filing of signed paperwork (certified copy extra from gov't)
