Booking
Deposit: 50% minimum is
due at time of booking, with
remaining balance at least 60
days before your wedding. 5%
sales tax extra for all goods &
svcs. After receipt of
deposit, the wedding coordinator will
check with suppliers for
availability and confirm
progress shortly. Keep a copy of
your form, just in case it is
lost in cyberspace more than 72
hours. Call us if you have not heard from us within 72 hours.
Changes: Special orders,
changes or additions or special
orders that require additional coordination and follow-up will incur a minimum
service fee of $30, plus the
cost of goods & services
Cancellation: If 30 or more
days before wedding = $500
minimum. If 29 or fewer days
before event = 50% of total
wedding price minimum, depending
on out of pocket expenses and
services rendered. Full wedding
fee forfeited if cancelled less
than 72 hours before wedding.
If a local flight or boat
transportation is cancelled due
to inclement weather, your
ceremony will be performed at an
alternate site, or rescheduled
for a later time that day.
Partial refund possible,
depending on alternate site
selection and any extra expenses
incurred, including service
time.
